We, at AccuNet, take our client's suggestions seriously. Over the past months we have received a number of requests to expand our email offering with features such as larger mailboxes and IMAP access.
The chosen services are very different and appeal to two different types of email user. We have put together a comprehensive feature comparison for your review.
Who will be happy with hMail?
hMail is designed to be used primarily with Outlook. Though it has webmail viewing, it's 150MB per user mailbox limit implies that the bulk of your email management will be done offline (using Outlook).
Domains that have numerous email accounts are well suited with hMail's 50 accounts (RackMail only allows 5 mailbox accounts before extra fees are added.)
Who will be happy with RackMail?
RackMail is designed to be used with Mobile devices, Webmail, as well as Outlook. With 10GB per email account storage, there is a lot of room.
RackMail is also great for those who like to check email on multiple devices or locations using IMAP.
And finally, RackMail allows secure encrytion (SSL) and enhanced spam filtering. |
