Making an image turn into a link to another page within your website is simple. But there is one condition. The image must be IN your HTML editor. You can not make a link with an image that is input into your article using the Images Field
Choose the orange Text & Images button
Highlight or select the image you want to be your link.

Choose the Internal Link button
In the pop up window, choose the page you want to link to.
Click Save
Click OK, Return |

If you want the image to link to another website, use the Link Icon to the left of the Internal Link icon shown above.
