Look at Outgoing Server Information. Some Internet service providers (ISP) require their subscribers to send mail through the ISP's own outgoing SMTP servers.
The Outgoing mail server (SMTP) may have to go to our ISP providers address. You will have to get this specific address from them. If you try this option you MUST ALSO go to the
Outgoing Server Tab amd choose the radial button
Log on using: user name and password for the ISP account.

Why do they do this? Our guess is its an effort to make more money by forcing you to upgrade to their business ISP product in order to allow you to use your domain name as the outgoing address.
Your recipients will not notice the change if you use your ISP for outgoing mail. It only impacts the fact that AccuNet can not help with Send issues since your Outlook is no longer using us to send.
